Alaskan Alder Smoked Sea Salt w/grinder

The folks at Moosetard in Fairbanks, Alaska have produced another gourmet product for every kitchen.&

They use salt harvested from Atlantic Ocean waters which has been naturally filtered in Brazilian Mangroves then allowed to dry with the sun and wind. The salt is then slowly and carefully smoked with Alder wood gathered from the Alaskan Interior.The smooth smokey flavor created is a wonderful complement to almost any dish and perfect for grilling.
